Must be Bilingual English/Spanish. Experience with Athena, EMR, Pediatrics is a plus. Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and professionalism is a requirement. This position entails greeting families, data input including demographics, insurance, appointment scheduling, referrals, answering phones, handling money, and balancing daily journals.
